I booked online on Fresha, not realising the hours on here are slightly incorrect. I showed up and the shop appeared closed. I called Rannie and she came in within 5 minutes, on her day off and did a fantastic job on my 5yo daughters hair. She was friendly and professional. I'm so grateful Rannie came in on her day off to see us after the website hours and appointment snafu!
