She was thoughtful, made you feel welcomed, and listened to what you wanted to do with your hair. Very professional. I thought the service options were great. I have to call there because I made my follow up appointment on 11/24 but I am wondering if I can change it to 11.23 in the afternoon with Giovana. When I returned home to put in calendar I saw that I had a conflict, but I want Giovana. I also thought that I wanted highlights put in but I am going to wait on that, because I love how dark it looked and how even it looked. I think I will wait on that, and just do roots, and toner.
