I get a sports massage here semi-regularly. It's always top notch, great service and I leave feeling 10 ft tall. Do yourself a favour, and get stuck in.

The Soul to Soul treatment was exactly what my body and soul craved. 2 hours of massage, chakra clearing and even reflexology. I've been to Greenwich Spa a few times but had only recently stumbled across this. Felicia B gave so much attention and care, that i simply melted away. She told me it was her signature treatment when she worked at Ragdale Hall. Amazing!
