Sports massage is the standout at Knead Wellness, where clients praise the skilled work that eases knots and tension while keeping sessions comfortable. Deep tissue and back, shoulders and neck massage are also appreciated for attentive pressure and a professional, welcoming approach, with clients leaving feeling more comfortable and noticeably better.

Absolutely amazing deep tissue massage! After a quick chat with Christina about where my aches and pains were and what pressure I preferred during massage Christina started my hour long massage. I left an hour later feeling so relaxed, shoulders, back and neck felt amazing. I have already booked my next appointment!

The best massages I've ever had have all been done by Chrissy, she's really made a difference to my back which I've had issues with for a while now. Very professional, really good price 💕
