First impression as a new client. Nobody to welcome me or offer me a seat. Told they were running late by 20 minutes. Disappointing selection of cold drinks during this heatwave. Bryony was apologetic and polite. My salon experience I felt was disorganised with very cumbersome chairs that hardly move. I will not be returning.
