Please note, a consultation is required before you book your first full Dermalux treatment.

This is a package treatment that requires upfront payment. If you do not give 48 hours' notice for cancellation/changes to your appointment or simply do not show up,  you will forfeit the prepaid treatment on that day.

**Please be aware, we cannot confirm your appointment until a deposit has been received. The deposit must be paid within 24 hours' of booking. Your slot will be reserved for 24 hours' before being offered to the next customer after that time.**

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds on unused treatments attached to pre-paid packages. 
Pre‐paid packages for specific treatments cannot be transferred to other treatments.
However, if for any reason you have changed your mind in relation to a pre-paid package purchased online or over the phone, you have a 14 day cooling off period within which to ask for a full refund. This does not apply to packages purchased in-clinic.



Package of 3 treatments Dermalux Tri-Wave MD 

This is a free consultation if you proceed with a patch test on the day. £10 is charged for the patch test. If you are contraindicated and cannot proceed with a patch test, the amount of £10 is fully chargeable. If you do not attend, or fail to provide 48 hours' notice of cancellation/changes to your appointment, the amount of £10 will be charged.

Consultation & Patch Test L.H.R.

A consultation is required before a patch test is booked. This is for clients who have already had a consultation and are wanting to start treatments on another area. If you are a new client, please book a Consultation & Patch Test.
