Clients rave about Alma's signature face massage with intra-buccal, describing it as a unique and incredibly relaxing experience that leaves them feeling rejuvenated and vibrant. Many appreciate the warm and safe space she creates, allowing for complete relaxation during treatments like the deep skin cleansing ritual, which clients find both effective and enjoyable.

Went in for a face massage expecting something similar to what I'd had before, but wow — this was definitely not your typical face massage. Afterwards, my whole body felt lighter, not just my face. The closing session with the sound bowl was grounding and soothing also. Definitely returning and highly recommend!

Ecoute, attention, calme, ...

Grata Alma.

Great skincare, I will definitely be back.

A personalised facial treatment that begins with a short evaluation to adapt the session to your skin, muscular patterns, and how you feel that day.
Working through the chest, shoulders, neck, face and scalp, the treatment combines myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, muscle stretching, sculpting techniques and intra-buccal to release tension and restore balance.
Intra-buccal massage works both externally and internally, accessing the deeper structures of the mouth and jaw. By gently treating the muscles from inside the cheeks, it allows for a more complete release of held tension.
Particularly beneficial for bruxism, jaw tightness and facial asymmetry.

High quality products are use for the treatment, Eau de Marie a Lisbon based brand 100% natural.
