First time in and i felt so relaxed and put at ease - Alanna talked me through everything she was doing gave her thoughts and made sure i agreed. She gave me a plan for my brows moving forward which was amazing. Alanna was super knowledgeable and asked me lots of questions to get the best results - this didn’t feel like a quick brow app. I felt looked after and heard. You have a new client now !!
