It was a pleasure having Alana work on my hair yesterday. She took the time to understand my hair care and styling preferences so I left the salon with a style I enjoyed. The colour is rich and amazing and the cut is exactly what I was after. It was a long appointment - foils, colour and cut, and she was warm and professional throughout. Shout-out to Maddi as well, who helped me book the appointment. She was very knowledgeable about the services offered and helped me navigate through all the bundles offered to get the right combination.
