Shift is a private, boutique reformer Pilates studio designed for women who prefer something smaller, safer, and more personal. With only four reformers, every session is intimate, intentional, and entirely focused on you. No music. No strangers. No large crowds. Just a quiet, private space where you can move at your own pace with an experienced instructor who sees you and values your personal goals. Proudly females only: because every woman deserves a space where she feels completely safe and completely herself.
