At Doc Next Door, I take a holistic approach to helping families, athletes, and active adults feel and move better, and live healthier lives. Serving the Westfield and Carmel area, I offer manual chiropractic adjustments, chiropractic massage, corrective exercises, soft tissue therapies, weight loss support, nutrition guidance, regenerative wellness support, quantum resonance wellness scans, and custom orthotics. My goal is to help restore balance in the body while addressing lifestyle factors that impact long-term health, energy, recovery, and performance. Care is personalized and designed to help you not only relieve pain, but improve how your body functions and adapts to everyday life. Using a combination of hands-on care, advanced wellness technology, movement therapy, lifestyle guidance, and cellular wellness support, I help patients better understand stress patterns within the body and create practical strategies for long-term healing and vitality. I believe true wellness goes beyond temporary symptom relief. During your visit, we’ll discuss what you want more of in life, what may be holding you back, and practical steps to help move you toward better long term health.

A visit to Doc Next Door can pair a massage with a chiropractic adjustment, and reviewers say they leave feeling better, especially when tight muscles in the neck, shoulders, or back are bothering them. The chiropractor takes time to listen to concerns, explain possible causes, and suggest exercises to help prevent future discomfort.
