In our modern lives many of us are operating on overdrive, multitasking and overstimulated with everyday stress. The goal of my work is to create a still calm space to aid the mind-body in utilizing the deep and natural healing forces present within. Whether I am helping a client with trauma, chronic pain or aiding in recovery from life stressors, this basic principle is the underlying foundation of my practice.
My education background includes certification at Esalen Institute and NSW School of Massage in Australia.
