The staff and experience, amazing! Super accommodating and considerate when I brought my infant! Justine went above and beyond!Booked for colour consultation and wash/cut. At the beginning, she took the time to talk about what kind of cut I wanted and while doing so, she gave a great head massage and just combing through to see what she’s working with. The wash is ALWAYS my favourite part. Super thorough, she made sure to rinse out ALL the shampoo & conditioner. Colour consult, super easy conversation and gave me real life pictures of steps it would take to achieve what I wanted and timeline.
