My 15-year-old son recently had his first session with JR121, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. He’s really keen to improve his sharpness and overall fitness, and this felt like the perfect place to start. Jai was fantastic from the moment we arrived—very welcoming, knowledgeable, and great at building rapport. He pushed my son in a positive and encouraging way, making the session both challenging and enjoyable. It was clear he knows how to get the best out of young athletes while keeping them motivated. My son left feeling inspired and already looking forward to the next session
