I had a manual lymphatic drainage massage with Beatriz and it was honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. Although I’m Spanish, I live in London and have these massages regularly there, so I have plenty to compare it with. Her technique was excellent, and I left feeling lighter, refreshed, and deeply relaxed. The space is beautiful and incredibly calming, a real oasis in the centre of Madrid. I was also pleasantly surprised by the price, which was considerably lower than what I would usually pay in London for a treatment of this quality. I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in Madrid.
