Hi! My name is Zsazsa and I am a qualified level 3 Personal Trainer. I also specialise in Pre & Postnatal clients within exercise! I offer private training sessions for singles, pairs or groups of three, tailored to your needs. I also offer one hour private gym workouts for yourself or with a partner. All sessions are based at my private gym in Caerwys.
