Hey loves, please remember that when attending an eyelash appointment that your natural lashes are required to be free of any foreign substances. Including mascara, previous lash glue residue, cluster lash glue residue, last serum, or anything that can hinder the application process. 

Eyelash extension is done by the individualizing of the natural eyelashes and applying the extension. If a foreign substance is left on the eyelashes, it causes the eyelashes to be stuck or clumped together which isn’t healthy for the eye, hinders the application of the process, adds extra time to be removed, and can hinder the retention time.
