Hi Kelly, thank you again for the wonderful haircut and colour. I really appreciate your kindness and care. I do need to apologise, as my knees can no longer manage kneeling on the small bench step during the colour process. At nearly 60 it has become too painful, even though you were so gentle. Would it be ok if I just have the haircut from now on? I’ll look to do the colour at home with my wife’s help. Thank you so much for your understanding.
