A complimentary therapy that treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile to speed up the body’s own healing processes. Special techniques from our qualified Massage Therapists will ensure they locate any problems areas on your body. The pressure applied can either be strong and deep or gentle and shallow. 

Remedial Massage

Focuses on manipulating the deeper layers of tissue in the body, Deep Tissue Massage is a strong, deep massage is designed to ease sore muscles and joints whilst alleviating both physical and mental fatigue. The massage is tailored to concentrate on specific parts of the body.

Combines two therapeutic practices, soft massage and essential oils on various points of the body to offer healing and stress relief by stimulating the lymphatic, circulatory, nervous, and musculoskeletal systems. Includes use of Essential oils – Rose, lavender, peppermint and Jasmine.

This massage gently works away your stresses, with ultra-moisturising and beautifully aromatic coconut oil. Hot coconut oil is especially beneficial for dry sky as a powerful moisturiser. It makes skin wrinkles look smoother and will produce positive `changes in skin texture. 

Hot Coconut Oil Massage

Our Thai Herbal Ball Massage is a relaxing treatment to unwind and fully energise your body. It is a compress of dried herbs such as ginger, turmeric, and lemongrass, steamed to heat, and then applied to compress different parts of the body. The herbal compress enhances treatment results from both herbal medicine and heat to stimulate blood circulation which relieves muscle inflammation and relieves body aches. The heated herbal compress is applied over most of the body where the herbal ball is pressed over the skin in a rolling fashion applying gentle pressure. It helps to induce a calming and invigorating effect on the mind and body, highly beneficial to alleviate chronic stress and anxiety.

This treatment involves exfoliating and cleansing of the skin. It is the perfect pick-me-up to rejuvenate and radiate your skin with your choice of product including: Coconut with Salt, Oat Milk, Himalayan Pink Salt with Grapefruit, and Coffee-Milk.

Body Scrub

Body Wrap is a spa treatment designed to enhance the health and appearance of skin and/or reduce body measurements. A nourishing oil or mineral-rich formula is applied to the limbs and torso before wrapping in plastic film. This promotes the extraction of dry toxins and excess water from the skin.
