Whether you’re a fitness beginner or a seasoned athlete, Swole & Sweaty will challenge you at your own level while delivering a workout that leaves you feeling strong and accomplished.

What is Outsider Run Club?

Outsider is a welcoming and inclusive run club designed for runners of all levels who want to explore the stunning scenery of our beautiful North Coast. Led by a qualified running coach, each session offers a mix of road and off-road routes that prioritize breathtaking views and an enjoyable running experience. Whether you’re an experienced runner or just starting out, Outsider will help you build your endurance, improve your form, and connect with fellow runners in a fun, supportive environment.

After each run, join the group for an optional coffee and, for the adventurous, an occasional sea dip to cool off and refresh!

Sessions last anything from 30 mins to 90 mins

Outsider

Young Guns is a youth strength and conditioning class designed to build a foundation of fitness, functional movement, and athletic development for young athletes. This group-based program focuses on progressive training to improve strength, coordination, endurance, and flexibility, with movements that are transferable to multiple sports. The sessions are designed to progressively challenge young athletes as they develop their skills and fitness. The program evolves to match their growing abilities, helping them continually improve and stay motivated. Young Guns promotes a supportive, team-oriented atmosphere where athletes encourage one another and build lasting relationships. The program helps boost self-esteem, teaches discipline, and fosters a love for fitness and health.
Who is Young Guns For?

• Youth Athletes (Ages 12-18): This class is perfect for young athletes looking to improve their overall athletic performance, even if they are just starting out.

Step up your fitness game with Gym Nasty. A class that focuses on mastering bodyweight exercises, using accessories to enhance your movements, and finishing with an intense workout lasting up to 30 minutes. This class is designed to push your limits, improve your functional strength, and take your fitness to the next level, all while using minimal equipment.

What to Expect in Class:
• Bodyweight Mastery: Learn to perfect fundamental bodyweight exercises like push-ups, pull-ups, squats, lunges, and more. You’ll build the foundation of strength using your own body as resistance. 
• Accessory Work: We’ll incorporate tools like resistance bands, kettlebells, or gymnastic rings to complement your bodyweight moves, enhancing mobility, stability, and strength.
• The Nasty part! Each class ends with a workout designed to challenge your endurance and strength. Expect an all-out 20 to 30 min sweat fest ultimate test.

Gym Nasty

Get ready to push your limits and unlock your full potential with Mean Machine, the ultimate high-intensity conditioning class!
Mean Machine is a full-body workout that uses erg-based machines  including SkiErgs, rowers, and bikes to deliver an intense, efficient, and effective conditioning session. This class combines cardio, strength, and endurance training to challenge every fitness level, from beginner to advanced.

What to Expect in Class:
•Erg-based Focus: Using the rower, SkiErg, and bikes, you'll alternate between each machine for a well-rounded workout that targets different muscle groups while maintaining a high cardiovascular intensity.
High-Intensity Intervals: The class features structured high-intensity intervals designed to spike your heart rate, improve endurance, and build strength, all while keeping your workout dynamic and exciting.

Class duration: 50 mins - 1 hour
Equipment: Concept ski, row, bike

Mean Machine

Strength Class
This isn’t your standard fitness class – it’s focused, intense, and built for those who are ready to lift heavy and push hard.

Class Overview:
• One Barbell Compound Movement
Each session centers around a major barbell compound lift (such as deadlifts, squats, or bench press). This will be the foundation of your workout, helping you build serious strength and power.
• Complementary Accessory Exercises
To maximize your performance and support the main movement, you’ll perform accessory exercises that target specific muscle groups, increase stability, and improve overall form.
• Advanced Level Training
This class is not suitable for beginners. It is tailored for individuals who are already comfortable with barbell lifts and want to level up their performance in a structured, challenging environment.
• Those seeking a no-nonsense, high-intensity class.
