I am a Holistic Counsellor and have a strong intention to provide you with a safe, non-judgemental space for you to be heard and listened to. This space is a time for us to work together, uncovering the truest version of you and harnessing your innate wisdom and strength.I believe everyone has a story. Throughout my life I have faced my own trauma and struggles and within some of the darkest moments I found Holistic Counselling to be the therapy that shifted my negative emotions more than any other therapy I have tried. This inspired me deeply as I wanted to give people that same feeling.
