Bodywork massage uses a combination of beeswax and coconut oil instead of normal lotion to gain purchase on the skin and body’s fascia. This helps to be precise when working into the deep muscle tissue. Bodywork is slow, deep and allows time for muscle to relax and melt injuries. Bodywork focuses more on the fascia, tendons and ligaments, restoring flow to the stagnated areas of the body compared to tradition rehabilitation methods.
