For a first time visit in salon we require a little extra time to chat to you about your hair history and  to create a custom colour and or cut service for you.

Consultation 

A permanent or semi permanent tint application. This application is roots to ends. 

Colour

Short - Short length, above the ear. 

Medium - Medium length above the collar bone.

Long - Length between collar bone and bra strap.

Extra Long - Length past bra strap. 

A permanent or semi permanent tint application for the roots only. This is only for under 2cm of regrowth. 

Colour Regrowth

A full head of foils gives over all lightness or the desired tone to the full head through foils. Ideally this service is for someone to have 2-4 times per year at the discretion of your stylist. This will give over all balance to your colour over your full head.

Foils Full Head

A half head of foils is usually foils applied to the top half of the head. Alternatively it can be scattered for a more dimensional colour. The foils can be your desired lightness or tone.

Foils Half Head

Medium - Medium length above the collar bone. 

A 3/4 head of foils is perfect for a dimensional effect full head or alternatively can give the illusion of a full head of foils without needing a full application. Foils can be your desired lightness or tone.

Foils 3/4 Head

A perfect freshen up between larger foil applications. A face frame and scattered gives the illusion of a half head in half the time. Foils can be your desired lightness or tone.

This application is for someone wanting to add scattered dimension to a tint application. It must be selected with a tint colour application service. 
NOTE - ALL FOIL SERVICES REQUIRE YOU TO BOOK A TONER BEFORE YOUR FINISHING SERVICE OF A CUT OR BLOWDRY. 

Foils Few (3-6) with Tint Colour (can not be booked as a stand alone foil service)

This is a great service to add if you would like nice bright ends to your colour. Helping to create either a balayage look or to add brightness to a foil service needing a refresh. This  must be picked with a foil service.

A natural toned root to blend foil work to your natural tone for a soft grow out. 
Note this service is usually combined with a basin balayage for best results.

An all over toner applied to make your foil work achieve your desired tone.

A root toner applied to soften grow out as well as a mids to ends toner applied to achieve your desired brightness or tone.

A powder lightener applied to wet hair to brighten and fresh previously lightened hair in a safe and controlled way. This service can only be complete on pre lightened hair.

A customised treatment with K18 products. Your stylist will select 2 steps of the K18 range to apply to your hair. Think detox, hydration or repair!

K18 2 step Treatment 

A customised treatment with K18 products. Your stylist will select 3 steps of the K18 range to apply to your hair. Think detox, hydration or repair! Your go to for all lighting or colour services. 

K18 3 step Treatment aka The Whole Enchilada 

O&M signature plex treatment RESTORE aids in helping restore the cuticle post colour or lightening service. Restore helps to maintain the integrity of the hair and is an important step in a healthy hair care routine. 

Treatment O&M Cor Restore Plex aka The Hair Therapist

A custom ampoule will be selected for your hair type and will be applied to the hair post shampoo. You will then enjoy a lux aroma oil hot towel and indulgent head massage. 

Treatment Ampoule aka Genie in a Bottle

A custom moisture treatment will be selected for your hair type and will be applied to the hair post shampoo. You will then enjoy a lux aroma oil hot towel and indulgent head massage. 

Treatment Basin aka The Bee's Knees

Want to add a little more lux to your life? Then this add on is just for you. Add an addtional 10 minute massage service to any basin service.

Treatments

At The Aura Colab this treatment is specifically designed for those after a smoothing treatment that is semi permanent. Using BKT's latest technology nanoplasty offers an incredibly hydrating and repairing form of smoothing, containing a plex treatment. Hair Botox will generally last 3-6 month for your first application. Specific aftercare of sulphate free shampoo and conditioner will be required as post care. 
Please note this is smoothing and de frizzing treatment only and will not straighten the hair. Results may vary.

Nanoplasty HAIR BOTOX Smoothing Treatment 

Short length, above the ear.

Medium Length, above the collar bone

Long Length, between collar bone and bra strap.

Extra Long Lenth, Length past the bra strap

Keratin is a smoothing treatment. Designed to help smooth and calm the hair cuticle. This is for someone who would like to decrease hair blowdrying time, allow for less use of heat tools to style the hair and for someone wanting to add softness and shine back to the hair. 
Post treatment our clients will need to use sulphate free shampoo and conditioner. 

Keratin

At The Aura Colab this treatment is specifically designed for those after a natural straightening and smoothing treatment. Using BKT's latest technology nanoplasty offers an incredibly hydrating and repairing form of straightening and smoothing, containing a plex treatment. Nanoplasty's natural straightening and smoothing treatment will generally last 3-6 months before you will require a regrowth application to smooth your roots. Specific aftercare of sulphate free shampoo and conditioner will be required as post care. 
Please note all natural straightening and smoothing applications may require more than 1 application for full results. Results may vary.

Braid 

This is a shampoo and conditioner basin service for any client post colour, who wishes to go home with hair that will air dry. 

Post Colour Hair Wash 

A shampoo and conditioner basin service followed by a blow-dry in your desired style. 

Blowdry

Styling done for any event. From formals, to birthdays event stylising gives us plenty of time to look after you on the day of your event. We will ensure your style lasts the whole day and night with the correct products to have you looking the goods. 
Please enquire to prep for this service. Upstyles and curls we recommend to wash your hair (2 x shampoos and conditioner on the mids and ends only) the day prior to your service. For blowdrys please enquire with your stylist to when to wash your hair or if we will wash it on the day.

Preschool Children Boys Cut (under 5) 

A cut service for girls in preschool. This is either a dry cut or can be wet down with a water spray but does NOT include a hair wash.  If you would like a full wash service then please select a primary cut.  

Preschool children’s girls cut (under 5) 

This service is a cut into the desired style and doesn't include a wash. (you can select high school cut if you require a wash service) 

Children's Cut Under 12 Boys

A shampoo and conditioner basin service, followed by your desired cut. The service will be finished with a towel dry, no blow-dry. 

Alternatively we can straighten the hair (no wash service) and then cut. 

Primary school children's Cut Under 12 Girls (No Blow-Dry)

An optional shampoo and conditioner basin service followed by the desired cut. 

Childrens Highschool Boys Cut

A shampoo and conditioner basin service, followed by your desired cut. Finished with a blow-dry and style service. 

Childrens Girls High School and Primary Cut & Blowdry

Ladies Short Cut & Blowdry - Short length, above the ear. 

Ladies Medium Cut & Blowdry - Medium length to the collar bone.

Ladies Long Cut & Blowdry - Length between the collar bone and bra strap.

Ladies Extra Long Cut & Blowdry - Length past bra strap.

A shampoo and conditioner basin service, followed by your desired cut. Finished with a defuser blow-dry and style service to enhance the curl pattern. 

Curly Cut (Blowdried Curly with Defuser)

A shampoo and conditioner basin service, followed by your desired cut. Product applied and towel dried. No blow-dry service.
