Tensegrity is a Pilates Studio, Instru tor Training Centre & Massage facility. We offer mat classes together with studio sessions using a full range of specialist Pilates equipment, focusing on physical conditioning, rehabilitation and movement therapy programs. Our mission is to provide teaching excellence and to obtain positive results in a relaxed and convenient environment! Come and try a group class on the mat, at the Barre or in the Pool. We have won the "Education and Training" Category at the Sunshine Coast Business Awards in both 2016 and 2017. Our approach to teaching and supervision has launched the careers of many practitioners and we are extremely proud of our role in mentoring and developing the next generation of Pilates and Movement specialists!
