Near infrared is the shortest infrared wavelength and penetrates the skin’s surface.
Scientific research shows that when delivered at the vital wavelength of 880nm without extreme heat or light, NIR promotes skin renewal, cell health, wound healing, and tissue growth.

Mid infrared is a longer wavelength that can penetrate deeper into thebody’s soft tissue where inflammation occurs.

WHAT ARE THE BARS?
The Bars® are 32 points on the head that store the electromagnetic component of thoughts, feelings, emotions, ideas, beliefs, and considerations as they are stored in the brain. Dry needling treats muscle tissue, and its goal is to reduce pain, inactivate trigger points and restore function. It rarely is a standalone procedure. Rather, it often is part of a broader physical therapy approach incorporating other traditional physical therapy interventions into treatment like massage.

A dry needling session lasts 30 minutes. However, Sally may compile the session with traditional physical therapy like targeted stretching or range-of-motion exercises to boost the effects of dry needling.
