Enjoy a rejuvenating scalp massage with our special rosemary and mint elixir that stimulates the scalp and hair follicles. Feel your scalp tingling with this treatment and stimulating scalp massage. Your head is then wrapped in a warm towel to enhance the effects of the elixir. You will receive a relaxing shoulder and neck massage before ending the treatment with a special tension reliever of the muscles around your eyebrows and temples.

This one-on-one experience is a body-based approach to regulate your nervous system in a calm and safe environment. Kat will guide you through a series of movements that are consensual and tailored to your needs with a combination of breath work, somatic practices and restorative yoga. This practice is typically carried out on the floor on yoga mats, please let your practitioner know if you’d prefer to be in a seated position. 
Kat is a Cree Indigenous, trauma informed wellness coach and yoga instructor. She values internal wisdom, respects your emotional experience, and will guide you to that peaceful place within.

You’ll receive a scalp and foot massage while the wrap takes effect. Enjoy a quick rinse off in the spa's private shower then an application of rose hip body butter. This wrap will help make your skin glow with new vibrancy. The body polish used in this treatment is made by Skwalwen Botanicals, an indigenous company from Squamish, BC. The Rose Hip Body Butter comes from Little Big Bear, an indigenous company from Spokane, Washington.

You’ll receive a scalp and foot massage while the clay wrap is drying. Enjoy a quick rinse off in the spa's private shower before being immersed in moisture-rich coconut oil. This wrap will leave your skin feeling tightened and refreshed. Our glacial clay is sourced from the West Coast of British Columbia.

Spirit Water Spa Signature Treatments

The clay detox treatment for the feet begins with a hot towel wrap on your feet then an exfoliation and clay application. As the clay application dries you will receive a massage of the quads, calves, and ankles to help circulation while the clay works to pull toxins out of your body. The clay is then removed, and it is time to enjoy a deep and relaxing foot massage. Several of our clients have reported falling asleep during this treatment and we recommend that if you feel yourself slipping into that blissful state, just allow it to happen and we will wake you up gently when your treatment is complete.

Energy Healing provides a calming healing effect to the body. Through the laws of polarity, Energy Healing can have a structuring effect at the cellular level, removing pockets of stress that can translate into disease in the body.

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle and hands-on approach to balance the craniosacral system energetically and manually in the body, including the bones, nerves, fluids, and connective tissues (such as fascia) of the head and spinal area. CST addresses root causes and facilitates self-correction and deep healing within the body. The effects can be profound as issues can be worked on at deeper levels, where other manual techniques cannot reach.
