This offering is a wonderful way to practice self care and nourish the mind,  body and soul. This offering is also recommended to those with high stress levels.

Therapeutic Massage

Remedial massage is an effective way to relieve pain and tension throughout the body. Remedial releases tension, improves joint mobility and enhances range of motion. 

The techniques used are a combination of Deep tissue, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Hot Stone and Cupping Therapy. 

Remedial massage is used to treat soft tissue injuries such as lower back pain, carpel tunnel, muscular aches & pains. Remedial Massage is not a Relaxation style treatment. 

Remedial Massage

A gentle nurturing mumma massage with the intention of   relaxation during this very sacred time. Feel nurtured, serene and tension-free. Mummas-to-be will leave this massage in a state of deep relaxation and bliss.

This offering an ideal gift for a Mumma to-be – giving them a chance to relax and unwind. This offering is suited to Mummas past the first trimester (13 weeks)


Pregnancy Massage

Hot Volcanic Basalt Stones are heated and placed at pressure points on the body to heat and soothe the muscles and open up the energy pathways in the body. 

The stones are then used as an extension of the hands to massage the body encouraging blood flow and circulation throughout the body, alleviate pain, and releases endorphins which reduce stress and anxiety leaving you with a sense of calm and wellbeing promoting a relaxing and healing effect. 

This offering is suited best when seeking a deeply relaxing and therapeutic experience.
