Release tension, restore energy and rehabilitate muscles in our infrared saunas. During your session you will have 50 minutes to utilise your own private sauna room equipped with a shower, organic toiletries and an area to change. We also supply towels for the duration of your session. Please bring your own drink bottle with you to your session, you are welcome to fill this up using our filtered water tap.

Our saunas can fit up to 3 people. Feel free to bring a friend to sweat with! If you're booking using a pack or membership bring one friend for free. If you are using our intro offer, an extra person is an additional $15 which will be charged on arrival.

Sweat (For One)

Bring a friend to sweat with! During your session you will have 50 minutes to utilise your own private sauna room equipped with a shower, organic toiletries and an area to change. We also supply towels for the duration of your session. Please bring your own drink bottle with you to your session, you are welcome to fill this up using our filtered water tap.

Our sweat + chill rooms cater to a maximum of 3 people, feel free to bring a friend to sweat + chill with! If you're booking using a pack or membership bring one friend for free. If you are using our intro offer, an extra person is an additional $15 which will be charged on arrival.
