Policy. 
Only book once ready to pay deposit. Deposit of $2000 or 50% ( for hair included) is required within 24 hours of booking. Any appointments without deposit will be cancelled. Please send receipt of deposit via Dm or WhatsApp 876 842 -1525.
You cannot change the style after booking to a style that will take longer. Example boho bob cannot be change to boho butt length on date of appointment. Any changes to your service should be made at least 24 hours before the date of appointment.
Late over 30 mins attracts a $1000 fee. Please be on time.

Deposit of $2000 Required for all style
For Hair Included styles deposit is 50% the cost of the style. Please Dm, or WhatsApp Receipt. No deposit/ No Appointment 

Please arrive on time for appointment. Notify us if you will be late. If you are more than 1 hour late without notifying us then appointment will be cancelled. We will notify you of cancellation. Refund in this instance is not possible. 

Rescheduling must be done at least 24 hours before appointment time. It cannot be on the date of the appointment. Please notify us in case we can accommodate you. 

Blow Dry is included in all services. Wash is $1000 once you book a service.

Hair is only Included if stated in the service.
Hair can be provided at an additional cost. If you want to add hair please send a message via Dm/WhatsApp and we will provide cost. You would need to pay the deposit plus cost of the hair.

Appointment will be  cancelled after 48hours if deposit is not paid. However we will contact you
