This wonderful fusion of Thai & Shiatsu foot massage techniques works on similar principles as Reflexology covering the feet and the lower leg.  
It involves hands on Shiatsu massage and stretching techniques, Acupressure and the use of a traditional Thai massage stick.  Pressure is applied on specific reflex points on the feet to stimulate the internal organs, encouraging the body and mind to balance as well as activating the body's natural healing mechanism.  The circulation of both blood and lymphatic fluid will be improved and the immune system boosted as well as stimulating the elimination of toxins.  
This treatment is done clothed without oils on the futon. So comfortable clothing is needed to be worn. 
This treatment is a wonderful stress reliever promoting deep relaxation. 

Allow 45 minutes for this appointment : 15 mins consultation time + 30 mins treatment time 

Shiatsu for the Lower Leg and Feet

Reflexology

In this session I use acupressure, comfortable pressure with palms/elbows/knees, stretching and manipulation techniques to adjust the body’s physical structure and balance its energy flow.  It is deeply relaxing and regular treatments can help alleviate the symptoms of stress and illness.  Treatments are performed on a firm floor level futon, loose fitting clothing should be worn.
Allow an hour for this appointment : 15 mins consultation time + 45 mins treatment time.

Zen Shiatsu (Futon based)

In this session I use acupressure, comfortable pressure with palms/elbows/knees, stretching and manipulation techniques to adjust the body’s physical structure and balance its energy flow.  It is deeply relaxing and regular treatments can help alleviate the symptoms of stress and illness.  Treatments are performed on a firm floor level futon, loose fitting clothing should be worn.

Zen Shiatsu - Extra long session (Futon based)

Shin Tai Shiatsu increases mobility, motion & alignment of the spine, shoulders & hips allowing our life force energy to move freely.
This specially formulated 30 minute treatment helps improve energy levels, stress response and overall health.

Shin Tai Shiatsu (Back only)

A 45 minute assisted stretching session focusing on stretching and relaxing your whole body.  Perfect for those looking for improved posture and range of movement, post exercise recovery and mental relaxation.  Like the traditional Shiatsu session this is fully clothed with no oils used, yet on a massage table enabling different stretches throughout the body.

Allow an hour for this appointment : 15 mins consultation time + 45 mins treatment time.
