The Sculpt Pro Face now integrates myofascial release techniques, gua sha, facial cupping, and buccal massage (inter-oral massage) to alleviate tension in the cheek and jaw areas. This combination enhances circulation, supports lymphatic drainage to minimize puffiness, tightens and tones the skin, and helps achieve a radiant complexion. This treatment is bespoke & adapted to whatever the clients needs are on the day. 

Sculpt Pro Face 

Reflexology encourages the body's natural healing processes by stimulating points on the feet known as reflexes. These reflexes are connected to specific organs, glands, and other parts of the body.  The use of thumb or finger walking applies varying degrees of pressure to the reflexes, along with massage, stretching, and other techniques to help relieve tension, promote relaxation. Reflexology is often used to help reduce stress, improve circulation, stimulate the digestive system and relieve pain.

This 75 mins ZFL includes a luxurious hot towel cleanse, the balancing effects of facial reflexology and Japanese facelift massage to naturally sculpt, tighten and tone the skin. The use of crystals, gua sha & facial roller makes this an incredibly unique and bespoke experience - €85

The 90 min treatment includes all the above with the addition of the holistic facial (cleanse, exfoliation, mask, tone, moisturise) optional smudging & guided visualisation. Smudging has been used for centuries by healers to cleanse the spirit of negative energy by burning sacred herbs such as palo santo or white sage. The white sage in the ZFL elixir or sweet grass  in the magical mist are a beautiful alternative to the traditional smudging with smoke - €110
