The Ayurvedic treatment of shirodhara involves the pouring of warm oil on the forehead to bring balance and bliss to the Prana channels. The practice begins with an hour warm oil massage with a focus on balancing Prana throughout the body. The treatment continues with a head massage and pouring warm oil across the forehead through the scalp.

Shirodhara 

Ayurveda is the ancient understanding of life originating in India. The Ayurvedic approach to health involves finding and maintaining balance in all aspects of our conscious experience. Our physiology is a unique combination of the three Doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. These three manifestations of the life force interact in nature and our physiology promoting, growth, digestion and movement. When they fall out of balance disruptions of health can occur. This consultation brings awareness to your unique constitution of Doshas (Prakriti), your current imbalance (Vikriti), and practices to support health moving forward. Pulse, diet and lifestyle choices will be assessed and a plan will be emailed shortly after. 

Ayurvedic Health Consultation

This is a bodywork meditation based on the Ayurvedic body type. This massage incorporates dosha balancing massage sequence with a warm oil blend to balance the specific body system.

CBD is warming to the tissues while reducing inflammation. This massage is our therapeutic integrative massage with the added support of CBD. The CBD helps reduce soreness and decreases recovery time after therapeutic bodywork. This massage is highly recommended for clients recovering from an injury.

Massage specifically catered to pregnancy. I will incorporate specific techniques to help manage comfort and health during each trimester. Please let me know of where you are in your term and if you have any medical concerns. 

Prenatal Massage

Craniosacral is a modality focusing on releasing tension in the Fascial network around the head, spine and sacrum. Reiki is a form of energy healing which releases blockages in the energetic body to bring bliss and balance. When combined, energetic blockages are removed as the fascia is released. 

Reiki with Craniosacral

Traditional Thai Massage is performed on the floor. Thai massage involves passive stretching and compression to release blockages in meridians throughout the body. This massage is performed with clothes on. Recommended dress in comfortable loose clothing.
