RAPID NFR is a technique used to target pain. It is done over clothes, please wear active wear or yoga pants during RAPID sessions. It is a results based technique and not a time based session. Session lengths can vary. If you have not been in before, please book at least an hour massage for your first session so we can have a consult and determine if RAPID is right for you. 

RAPID NFR only 

Prenatal massage is done during pregnancy. There is an option to use a pregnancy bolster so you can lay on your belly, or you can choose side-lying as well.

Hot herbal infused oil is used leaving your scalp feeling calm and nourished. (Please wear clothes that you don't mind getting oil on and bring something to wear your hair up if possible. Do not book this session if you have somewhere to be after because your hair will be oily)
