Hand, wrist and arm massage

A targeted, 30-minute massage for the gluteal and surrounding muscles.

Note: This service can be done on TOP of a towel or direct to skin, client modesty is the number one priority. If you chose to have the service direct to your skin, I will provide extra measures to ensure you feel comfortable at all times.

30 minute gluteal massage 

30-minute targeted lower back massage, focusing on muscles such as the QL, Erector Spinae and any sore fascia. 

NOTE: People in TRIMESTER ONE of pregnancy cannot book this, due to contraindications of lower back massage  

30-minute LOWER back massage 

30 minute targeted massage on upper back/neck.


Note: May do some range of movement tests prior to massage on muscles such as deltoids, levator scapulae etc to see where the problem lies, this should only take 2-3 minutes.
