The Recovery Room is run by Bobby Lappin — a Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and qualified Personal Trainer since 2008. With experience working with top athletes and everyday clients, Bobby specialises in Sports, Deep Tissue and Remedial Massage, Muscle Scraping, Cupping, Dry Needling & Manual Lymphatic Drainage. Alongside Bobby, his wife, Michelle — a Massage Practitioner with over 16 years’ experience in spas and clinics — provides tailored treatments including Brazilian Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD), Swedish Massage, Deep Tissue Massage, and Wood Therapy.
