Filler dissolving is a safe, effective treatment that uses an enzyme called hyaluronidase to break down and remove unwanted or misplaced dermal filler. Whether your filler has migrated, formed lumps, looks uneven, or simply no longer suits your features, dissolving gives you the option to return to your natural look or start fresh.

The treatment works by injecting hyaluronidase into the targeted area, where it breaks down the hyaluronic acid-based filler over 24–72 hours. A consultation is always required to assess the area, review your medical history, and discuss your concerns. In some cases, a patch test will be done to check for sensitivities.

Mild swelling or bruising can occur, but downtime is minimal. Once the area has settled (usually after 1–2 weeks), you can decide whether to leave it natural or proceed with a new treatment plan.
