Opal Life Coaching offers one-to-one sessions to help you recognise the patterns in your life, understand what may be keeping you stuck, and create lasting positive change. Sessions are available face to face in a comfortable and private space in my home in Chichester, or online and by phone if you prefer. You’ll be offered a cup of tea or coffee and a relaxed, supportive environment where you can talk openly. I have a friendly Labrador and two cats, and well-behaved dogs are welcome if they are comfortable around other animals. Children may attend if childcare is unavailable..
