Gel Builder or what is also well known as "BIAB" is a strengthening gel that is used to create a structured strenghtening layer to the nail. This is very hard wearing and protects the nail, keeping weaker nails strong or allowing you to grow them and wear them longer if that is what you are after. At Nirvana we prefer to infill this product when maintaining it where possible as it means we are only ever filing the natural nail once, so are not over filing and weakening the nail over time.
