Please be on time. We only allow a 15-minute grace period. Beyond that, your slot will be offered to waitlisted clients. Do not wear any eye makeup or curl your natural lashes. Contact lenses are also not allowed; you will be asked to remove them prior to the procedure. Do not get eyelash extensions if you had a lash perm/lift in the past 2 months. A waiver will be asked to sign before the procedure if you are pregnant or lactating. *Please take note that we only retouch lashes previously done by NEW Lounge and that we can only repair lashes within 72 hours of your session.
