I offer holistic facial rejuvenation treatments, bringing together a fusion of highly refined massage & Gua Sha techniques. My method is beneficial to all skin types. It improves lymphatic drainage, microcirculation, fine lines & wrinkles, sagging skin, dark circles and muscle tone. Gentle acupressure brings the body into balance.

This is my signature facial which brings together the most effective techniques, combining the precise manipulation & finger techniques of the Natural Lift Massage, along with the lifting, smoothing & sculpting of the Gua Sha tools. Your skin will be nourished with natural oils.

Also included is the luxurious Clear Quartz Crystal Eye Mask for it's beneficial cooling properties - this will tighten, brighten & de-puff around the delicate eye area. The mask gently removes stress from the skin & furthermore the stresses of the day.

This facial uses a unique blend of highly effective massage drawn from traditional Eastern and contemporary methods. This fusion treats the surface and also deep facial tissues with highly refined, gentle hand and finger manipulation. It also blends principles from acupressure and reflexology. 

Natural Lift Facial Massage increases blood circulation to allow the skin to rejuvenate naturally. It strengthens and tones muscles, helping to prevent and improve sagging skin, fine lines and wrinkles. Collagen and Elastin is stimulated for plumping and a natural lift . Gua Sha is an ancient Chinese massage and therapeutic healing technique. I use high quality crystal tools to press, stroke and glide over the face. The Lymphatic Brush Facial is a truly unique experience. The Lymphatic brush & protocols have been created by Cecily Braden (US skincare expert who I'm grateful to have trained with), for long-term skincare benefits. It focuses on the lymphatic system which is gaining a lot of interest in the beauty world. 
As you lay down on the comfy couch, this treatment begins with a cleanse & relaxing facial massage. Heat is applied with Gua Sha tools to melt away tension & release blockages which may be causing the stagnation of lymph.
Gentle brushing techniques are then used to work with the natural structure of the lymphatic system. The LB reduces inflammation which is the precursor to ageing & the cause of most skincare concerns.

This Add-On treatment works perfectly with any of my holistic facials and also the Indian Head Massage. 

The Lymphatic Brush and the techniques have been developed by Cecily Braden. This is a unique treatment to 'clear the clutter' of the cells'. The Lymphatic Brush is a holistic facial therapy deeply rooted in the profound cell renewal and life-sustaining importance of Manual Lymphatic Drainage for maintaining youth and vitality.

This add-on treatment begins with 'melting' away tension in the muscles and tissues, by applying warm Gua Sha tools. The soft specialist brushes are used with gentle movements, following the drainage patterns of the facial lymph-nodes.

Reducing inflammation with this technique reduces puffiness, dark circles, rosacea, hyperpigmentation, sagging skin and acne.

If you are using expensive cosmetic products, but not seeing the results, then you may find them to be more effective after Lymphatic Drainage.

Indian Head Massage is extremely relaxing. The treatment involves massage to the head, neck, face and upper arms, whilst laying down comfortably on the couch.

Recommended to those suffering from stress, anxiety, eye strain, headaches, neck and shoulders stiffness. Eases mental tiredness.

Indian Head Massage 

There are four different methods used in this luxury body massage:
~ Thai Herbal Poultice - A warm herbal compress filled with organic herbs, steamed & applied directly to the body with a variety of specialised techniques. The heat, combined with the herbs, are absorbed by the body,  helping to reduce aches & pains, increase lymphatic drainage & condition the skin.
~ Thai Aromatherapy Massage - Aromatherapy body oil is applied following specific SEN Meridians to increase the flow of energy in the body as well as soothe nervous tension, relax cramped muscles & reduce fluid retention. 
~ Royal Thai Massage - Similar to acupressure where pressure is applied to specific SEN Points to release blocked energy & direct healing to areas of discomfort, pain or illness.
~ Thai Stretching - For improved range of motion & flexibility

Lie down on my cosy couch and fall into complete relation, while you have a gentle scalp and shoulder massage. This is followed by a hand and arm massage to melt away any tension and pain. If you wish to have your nails trimmed and file then please do let me know.

The Lymphatic Brush one-to-one (Online Tutorial plus Protocol Video)

Do you have Gua Sha tools, but do not know how to use them and experience the wonderful benefits that they have? Well this online treatment is for you ..........

This is an online one-to-one facial. It also includes a protocol video, so that you can continue the techniques regularly. The video will be sent to you after the session.

During the tutorial I will guide you (in the comfort of your own home), with the techniques of the Gua Sha Tools. You will gain the confidence and learn a routine which you can then use as part of your own skincare routine and also as part of your self-care.

I am a qualified Teacher of Qigong. Join me for a One-2-One lesson tailored to your health needs. For example your sessions can be focused improving back pain or easing anxiety.

Qigong is a mindful and flowing movement practice. It is excellent for: energy, flexibility, emotional balance, stress,  strength, alignment, joints and improved immunity.

After the third private session, you will be given your own personalised video to practice at home. By practicing Qigong consistently you will see improvements in your whole wellbeing.
