Combining Indian head Massage and Reiki.

This gorgeous combination treatment starts with neck, scalp and face massage. 

After 30 mins you will be tucked up to keep warm and cosy and enter into the Reiki phase of your treatment for a further 30 mins of relaxation, healing and chakra balancing. 

Ultimate relaxation and nourishment of mind, body and soul. 

Aftercare: rest if you can, drink plenty of water, eat lighter meals, reflect or journal should you wish.

In the days following your treatment because you have had Reiki, you may experience symptoms such as mild flu like/ cold, increased urination, loose stools, tiredness. These are all normal and are part of the cleansing and healing process.
