Great experience! We covered the foundations of bike/helmet safety and then gradually moved through stages until I was riding the bike! Lesley also gave lots of useful tips throughout the lesson and I feel more confident to continue practicing by myself.

IF BRINGING OWN BICYCLE, PLEASE MAKE SURE:

- It is in good working order (bike store tune-up is recommended)

- Tires are properly inflated

- If you are a complete beginner, make sure you are able to place your feet FLAT on the ground while sitting on the seat when it's lowered to its lowest position

- Any training wheels are removed

IF RENTING A BICYCLE:

- Please let us know how tall you are, so we can bring a correctly sized bike for you.

Private lessons

Semi-private instruction for two students (e.g., sibling, couple, or friends). If you are booking your first lesson, please let us know a little bit about yourself: how old you are, what is your experience with cycling (if any), what are your goals for the lesson.
