Thanks so much for bringing this to our attention. I’m happy to help clarify a few of those things with you.

As most of the customers know, my main priority is my customer's satisfaction, as I try very hard to ensure a customer service expectation is fulfilled.

I understand your anger as you have been terminated from any services from me again, but im afraid you violated our policy in multiple ways 
You gave false information for your consultation form, which results in an appointment cancellation; you provided an incorrect number so I couldn't contact you and when your correct time of appointment came around, there was no show which then results in a full payment.

You then went onto verbally abuse me and make horrible comments about my work and also me, and as a business owner im not entitled to receive such a thing. 

Again, we thank you for bringing this to our attention and apologies for the way things went.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. Very very rude lash tech. Arrived on time & she wasn't there. Told her on text she needs to respect my time, threatening me she'll pass my details to other lash techs, saying rude comments via text & just a very negative experience. Also threatening she'll take money from your bank details. PS. Plenty of other lash techs don't need to settle for somebody like this.

Amazing!! Love my lashes and such a lovely girl too! Definitely coming back
