Massage is a simple, yet highly effective way to help, care and nurture our bodies and mind. It has been practiced for thousands of years, in many cultures. It is a natural way to heal our bodies.
I am a qualified massage therapist, specialising in Indian Head Massage, Spa Full Body Massage, Facial Massage, Aromatherapy Massage, and Hawaiian Lomi Lomi Massage. I work from home, offering a clean, safe, warm and cosy homely environment. 
My treatments lasts between 45 to 90 minutes. Lotion or oil will be used for all types of massages.

Full body Spa massage. A relaxing and nurturing treatment, lasting around 75 minutes.
This massage covers the feet, legs, back, arms, hands, upper chest, face and abdomen. 
A variety of strokes are used during the treatment, with more or less pressure depending on the client. 
Oil or lotion will be used.

Please avoid wearing make-up or jewellery as it will impact the massage.

Here you will have a Spa style massage covering just your back, your shoulders and neck.

Back, neck and shoulders (30 minutes)

A massage of the upper back, shoulders, neck, scalp and face. The treatment lasts around 45 minutes. 
It is a relaxing massage aimed at reducing stress and promoting good health. It can help to release tension from your body, restore joint mobility in the shoulders, relieve tension headaches, jaw ache and eye strain, help clear sinuses, improve blood circulation and improve lymphatic drainage, aiding the elimination of toxins from your body. It also stimulates blood supply to the scalp which encourages hair growth and improved hair and scalp condition. It also increases the supply of fresh oxygen and glucose to the brain, which will lift the mood, promote better clarity and improve concentration. It can help relieve physical fatigue and boost energy levels. 
This massage is traditionally done sitting, but I chose to adapt it to table massage.
Oil or lotion will be used, depending on the client's preferences.
Oil is optional for the scalp massage.

Indian Head Massage 

The Wonder Lift Facial Massage is a natural facelift which incorporates complementary techniques from Japanese Facial Massage, Indian Face Massage and Acupressure. The Japanese influence works on the facial meridians which are believed to treat the balance of health in the whole body and help the flow of energy in the face. 

It has many benefits, such as:
- Encourage cell renewal which will improve the skin condition
- Improve lymphatic drainage
- Stimulates blood flow
- Improves skin suppleness
- Relieves tension headaches, eye strain, insomnia etc.
- Removes dead skin cells
- Encourages tightening and toning of muscles 

For best results, a weekly treatment for 4 weeks, followed by one every 2 weeks for 2 months, and then every 3 weeks to maintain is recommended.

Wonderlift Facial massage

A lovely treat for mum, 2 hrs of nurturing Thai Yoga Massage to rebalance your energy, loosen tension build up and promote better movement and flexibility, finished by a 30 minutes of blissful head and face massage.  This massage is done fully dressed, on a floor mat. Please wear comfortable clothing allowing for easy movement (leggings are best, with comfy top).

Also make sure to add any of your allergies in the medical forms, or let me know directly, in case I cannot use my skincare on you. Thai Yoga Massage is a strong vigorous massage. The one I practice is based on the northern style. It is a 2 hour treatment, can last even up to 2.5 hours. It includes many yoga based stretches and a thorough work on the energy lines of the legs, combining acupressure, gentle stretching and applied yoga. 
This treatment is done fully clothed, on a comfortable floor mat. 
Comfortable and thin clothing should be worn to allow for movement. For example, thin joggers, leggings or yoga pants are good options, and a simple long or short sleeves top. 
Treatment can be adapted depending on ailments as well as contraindications.

Express Spa body massage, performed on a massage table. 
This massage lasts around 45 minutes, and covers feet, legs, arms, hands, back, upper chest and face.

Express Spa body massage 

This massage is a relaxing treatment, lasting around 60 minutes, depending on the client. 
Slow strokes, a mixe of deep and gentle ones, alongside essential oils, will help you unwind and relax your body and mind.
The massage covers your whole body, and essentiel oils can be added to massage your scalp and face, if pre-planned so i can select the best oils for your skin type and scalp.
Essential oils will be diffused if you wish so, to add further benefits to your massage.
I currently use professional massage blends, and will give you the choice of which blend you favour for your massage. Each blend has a general aim, such as energizing, uplifting, relaxing,...
I will offer tailored blends later in the year, once I build a collection of high quality essential oils.
