* What is Hyalase? Hyaluronidase is an enzyme that can be injected to dissolve dermal filler and is the best treatment option for those looking at dissolving filler and reducing any lumps or puffiness associated with dermal filler in the face. 
* Hyalase will continue to dissolve filler in the area for up to two weeks so it is important not to repeat the dermal filler treatment before this point.
* Once injected, the Hyalase may initially reduce some of the skins natural collagen, however, this will re-generate within a couple of days.

A skin patch test is carried out prior to the treatment, by injecting Hyalase into the subcutaneous tissue of the forearm and observed for signs of reaction (i.e. hives or wheals). If a positive patch test result is observed, treatment with Hyalase cannot be carried out.

This technique involves placing multiple injections of Botox along the lower jaw line and vertically down the side of the neck along the platysmal band muscles. 
 
• These bands are what pull down on the lower side of the face and aggravate the jowls. 
• The effect is to improve the definition of the jaw line, relax the jowls, and provide an ‘upward lifting effect’ in the neck and jaw area. 
• The off-label use of botulinum toxin A is not a replacement for surgery and definitely not a "face-lift in a bottle”. Unlike a facelift, botox treatment to this area can achieve a 15% lift.

Nefertiti neck lift 

• Botox is licensed in the UK for treating localised hyperhidrosis of the armpits. • Small doses are injected into the skin blocking nerve supply to the apocrine sweat glands and preventing the glands from producing sweat.
