sports massage focuses on enhancing circulation, increasing tissue elasticity and reducing muscle tension. this type of massage is used to relieve muscle tightness, help assist recovery and can help relieve increased pain. 

Sports/Deep Tissue Massage

this treatment is commonly used in areas of swelling or where fluid retention may be held. 
This is safe and can be recommended post surgery to encourage the healing phase.

This programme is designed to promote basic movement within the body along with stretching, knowledge and understanding on lifestyle and fitness along with a monthly treatment,

This programme can be useful if you have mobility issues and want to gain some movement, if you want your body to move and work as effectively as it can for as long as it possible.
