Legs and Feet

Consultation is done prior to treatment to make sure it is suitable for your state in pregnancy.

Available from the end of your first trimester. Take some time to focus on yourself during this special time. Pregnancy massage can help with reducing swelling, relieving lower back pain especially in later stages of pregnancy, improve your sleep, prepare your body for labour and birth, relieve pain naturally and is all over relaxing treatment for your body and mind. Baby also likes it too. You can lie on your side for the treatment or if only having a back massage you can lean onto the bed seated on a chair. The treatmemt will be adapted to suit your needs.
 You can also add on a bespoke aromatherapy blend suited to your stage in pregnancy or a blend, roller ball or aroma stick can be bespoke made to help with nausea, labour amongst other things.


Pregnancy Massage

A complementary therapy that treats the whole of the body through gentle pressure on your feet through the stimulation of certain reflex points. The aim is to bring about a state of relaxation and help the body’s own natural healing process. A balancing and grounding treatment great for your well-being.
