Day with Iva is designed for already members who are in a 3 months Breathwork program. It will include a whole day with Iva, where you will be provided with a 90 min Massage of your choice, 2h Breathwork Session + Coaching, 1h Exercise in the Gym and a home made meal by Iva. 

Iva designed this day to be all about you, your whole wellbeing, Body - Mind -Spirit, to enbody healthy new ways for yourself by having constant support by your side, learning how to love yourself, inspire yourself to grow in all ways. Also to experience how genuine love and care feel like, so you don't accept anything less.
