I had little experience with Breathwork and found myself nervous about what to expect during the session. 

When I arrived, Mel was incredibly welcoming and opened her beautiful space so I felt comfortable. 

She explained everything that would happens or that could happen throughout the process. 

During the process I felt safe and ‘held’ and it went much quicker than I expected. 

 I loved every minute of it and can't wait to do another one.
