	•	To maintain a safe and relaxing environment, children are not permitted during the appointment.
	3.	Punctuality
	•	While it’s not necessary to arrive early, we kindly allow a grace period of up to 5 minutes late. If you arrive beyond this time, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or shortened.
	4.	Cancellation & Rescheduling
	•	Notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.
